Play as process in psychodrama

This year, thinking about the theme, We felt the need to discuss play as process in Psychodrama. This kind of existential play involves exploring life’s big questions—such as meaning, freedom, and mortality—through creativity, curiosity, and openness rather than heavy seriousness. By playfully engaging with one’s values, beliefs, and perspectives, it becomes possible to meet the fear of the unknown and discover new ways of relating to one’s own existence.
